Dill’s teams expand the Visa global footprint through large-scale commercial partnerships and targeted investment actions — opening up new countries and consumer segments, creating simple and delightful new digital payment experiences, and reducing the need for cash in everyday activities. Platform partners include Amazon, Apple, Google, Paypal, Adyen, TenCent and Microsoft, among others. Visa venture investments include Square, Stripe, Klarna, Chain, Marqeta and stakes in multiple early and growth stage investment funds. The Visa network serves 3.5 billion consumers and 40 million merchants across 200 countries and territories, processing more than $7 trillion in payments volume per year.

Prior to Visa, Dill led the formation of Western Union’s digital practice in early 2007 and is responsible for the development and commercialization of a Mobile Money Transfer system connecting Western Union agents, Mobile Operators and Banks in more than 200 countries. He has also served as a corporate development executive with eONE Global, a strategic investment fund focused on emerging payments models formed by First Data Corporation, Boston Consulting Group, General Atlantic Partners and Goldman Sachs.

Dill has held a variety of strategic development and operating roles in the financial services, consumer technology & media fields throughout his twenty-year career.
