David Josephs

With nearly a quarter century of experience in payments processing, David Josephs joined FIS in 2023 and leads the Cards Processing business for FIS in North America. He is responsible for all processing solutions for Credit, Debit, Prepaid and ATM services. Prior to FIS, David was Chief Executive Officer of a corporate payments company. He spent five years at Visa, leading Visa’s Debit and Prepaid businesses in the United States and also led Merchant Product Delivery and emerging payments businesses for Visa in Europe. His grounding in payments comes from twelve years at JP Morgan Chase, with various roles within Chase Card Services and JPMorgan Treasury Services. David has managed complex business lines and P&Ls while driving strategy, product development and commercialization throughout his career. He has also served as a Legislative Assistant to both a U.S. Senator and U.S. Congressman. David has a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wesleyan University.
